Pegi Flahault has 15 years experience as a consultant and trainer.  She works with service businesses, and specializes in insurance and non-profits.  Her goal is not to 'destroy or gut' your business and start over.  Pegi has the unique ability to bring a fresh perspective to what you are doing well, how to do it more often, and bring enjoyment to your work.

She has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry both in company and agency positions, from administrative to management.  This gives her the objectivity of the 'outsider' with the understanding of the issues in an insurance office.

She has worked with non-profits and understands limited funding, memberships issues and volunteer staffing.  Her experience helps her streamline processes and write procedures for consistent handling of various job functions.

Pegi's training / presentation experience has been invaluable in helping her facilitate workgroups to begin implementation projects. 
It has taught her that various learning styles impact the way people receive and accept information.  This knowledge aids her in listening to each individual and helping them to become active participants in the process.
