What is the process?
A complimentary consultation to determine your concerns, your past successes, your future goals. We work to clarify expectations before a project begins.
Three Phases:
I. The Analysis Phase:
This phase involves the entire organization in identifying concerns and potential solutions.
We:
Hold in-depth discussion with management
Interview every employee in a confidential manner
Compile the information in a written report with priorities, suggested solutions and timeframes
II. The Foundation Phase:
This phase is the implementation or coaching phase.
We:
Identify priorities
Develop implementation methods
Provide training as needed
This includes sessions to coordinate communication between management and employees.
III. The Refinement Phase
