We operate primarily with volunteers. Pegi helped us develop a detailed procedure manual and use existing software to create databases, plus many other functions.
The procedure manual has been invaluable to new administrative staff in both learning the job functions and as a reference guide. Implementing simple databases streamlined our planning and recordkeeping for our numerous events.
We now have the ability to quickly access past information for use in planning future operations. We can provide the Board of Directors with 'to date' information on activities in progress.
